Facilitating Deeper Connection with Your Inner Selves
About Me
I’m originally from sunny South Africa, and moved to Sweden in 2013. In the summer of 2024 I moved out of Stockholm city into the countryside with my darling wife Emily, where we are loving the outdoors and a ‘closer to nature’ lifestyle.

My Background
In addition to Voice Dialogue, I have been learning and practicing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) since 2011, where I learned how to connect, then lable, and more deeply understand my feelings and also the needs that are not being met, and how to express them in a clear way. I use NVC alongside Voice Dialogue to better understand and connect with vulnerability.
Over the years, I have led more than 30 women’s circles, where I coached women in authentic relating, active listening, and self-exploration using both NVC and Voice Dialogue.
Why I Love
This Work!
I love working one-on-one and feel deeply honored to witness my clients' different selves in this vulnerable process. Each session is like watching a story unfold — every question, every shift, every new awareness, reveals another layer. As we explore together, we uncover missing puzzle pieces and things start to make more sense. The dust settles, here’s an aha moment, a sense of relief, clarity, and integration. It’s a beautiful process, and I feel privileged to facilitate it.
Why Voice Dialogue?
What I love about Voice Dialogue is how deeply experiential it is. You don’t just talk to or about your parts — you fully become them. You feel them, embody them and express them. Through this process, you gain a clearer understanding of how each part serves you, which naturally leads to greater self-compassion and inner harmony.
What Makes My Approach Unique?
My facilitation style is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and gentleness. I meet you exactly where you are. I also integrate elements from other practices to create a holistic approach. There is no part of you that is too dark or too silly — I welcome all of them.
Always Learning
Books have been some of my greatest teachers. Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in writings on psychology, spirituality, and self-exploration — each one shaping how I see the world and approach inner work.
In many ways, I feel as I'm an accumulation of their wisdom, carrying the insights and perspectives that have deeply moved and influenced me. This journey of learning never really ends, and I love weaving together different ideas that support the exploration of my own inner landscapes.
